We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. All orders are prepared in our studio and dispatched through our international logistics channel.

Preparation Every order enters a 1–3 business day preparation window for final inspection before dispatch. We do not rush this stage.

Total time from order to door: 10–15 business days for most regions.

Tracking Your tracking number activates once your parcel enters the domestic carrier network—typically within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If your tracking link shows no movement during the first two days, that is normal. Your order is in transit through the initial international phase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are the recipient's responsibility. We do not collect or remit these fees at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking has not updated in 20 business days, contact us at mariekiro@mariekiro.com and we will investigate immediately. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund it at no cost.
